Once an order is placed, it is reviewed and forwarded to our supplier or fulfillment partner for processing. Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, supplier confirmation, and order volume.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–12 business days after order processing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier service, supplier dispatch time, public holidays, weather conditions, or other logistics-related delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Some products may qualify for free shipping depending on active offers, product eligibility, or store promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on courier availability and the fulfillment partner’s tracking system.

Multiple Shipments

Since products may be sourced from different suppliers, items from the same order may arrive separately. This does not affect your order status, and each shipment may have separate tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address, phone number, and contact details at checkout. Vihwath will not be responsible for delivery failure or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, supplier delays, high order volume, remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such cases.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the package may be returned to the supplier or fulfillment partner. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping where applicable.
