At Vihwath, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we operate through a supplier-based and dropshipping fulfillment model, return and refund requests are reviewed based on product condition, supplier policy, and the issue reported by the customer.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return, refund, or replacement if:

The product received is damaged
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
The product is missing from the package
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order details are available

Return Window

Vihwath offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, subject to product condition, approval, and applicable return terms.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Used or damaged products after delivery
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to customer handling
Personal care, beauty, hygiene, or cosmetic products once opened
Sale, clearance, or final-sale products
Gift cards, if applicable
Change-of-mind requests
Products returned without prior approval

Clear photos or video of the issue
Unboxing video, if available
Reason for return request
Delivery date and contact details

Our team will review your request and share the next steps. Please do not send any product back without return approval from our support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately after delivery. Clear photos or videos are required so we can verify the issue and coordinate with our supplier or fulfillment partner.

Refund Policy

Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Replacement

If the product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and supplier approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be shared after your return request is approved. In some cases, return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return, product type, and supplier policy.
